[S25 Ultra] Always-ON Display turns OFF automatically

Guys!
Since last month patch, the Always-ON Display automatically turns OFF after a while. 

Even checked Power Saving Mode, turned off "Turn OFF AOD" toggle.

Still the behaviour persists. Am I missing something or is it a real bug?

Not such an issue in mah S25 Ultra.. it works fine..

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
