So i bought my samsung s24ultra on 28th march but when i mailed samsung yesterday they are telling me your activation date is 01/02/2024 what to do help me

U don't have to worry sometimes there's glitch ask again and u r getting 13 months warranty

If u have bought a 512gb version from unauthorized offline store (not samsung store/cafe) thn I m 100% sure that shop owner has bought that phone which he sold to u during prelaunch offer n it was activated thn with upgrade offer along with other offers.

If u have bought from non official samsung store thn u should ask him y it's showing activation date as 1st of feb as chances r that you may get warranty only upto 1st feb 2025 which should be worrisome as u paid quite good amount for a 256gb version.
