Galaxy SOh the old invisible ink trick, nudge nudge wink wink 😉
You will need to go to your nearest Samsung support center.
You either have a hardware issue or I hate to say it, a malware rootkit from downloading a dodgy update from a dodgy location or worse you tried rooting your device following some dodgy online tutorial. A hard reset will not fix the issue in this case. If it is the latter and you can remember what you did, it would be great if you can post it to the community so others can be enlightened and not follow the path to the root of all evil.
Good luck.

Galaxy SWorkarounds aren't fixes. The Q is why are some devices and their users so sensitive and others not. Is it the user or the device or both? Is it buggy hardware and is Samsung to blame? Maybe it is not a virus but just some sort of sensitivity bug going around?
Too sensitive or not too sensitive that is the question.
