My sister is bringing an S24 (Middle East version) for me to India. Can I use it flawlessly, including having all app support and warranty/service in India?

You will not get warranty of your device here in India. It will work with Airtel SIM but not with Jio SIM. Apart from this, some features like eSIM, Record calls, Samsung Wallet etc. will not work in it.
Bro its better to buy an Internet version And if she already bought it then make sure she opens the carrier lock by calling through that phone to india
I'm using a Middle East Version 🇦🇪. Thinks that there is no major issues if u use it in India.
But some region specified features will not work. 1. Call recording 2. Samsung Pay/passkey (Thinks that Jio 5g will work, because middle east version also has same band width in India)
Important: You can fix all the above mentioned issues and use it like exact Indian Version by CHANGING CSC TO INDIAN 🇮🇳(INS) ✨️.
Using SamFw App you can easily change the CSC version by a simple click. You only need a PC to install SamFw App.
