It has been almost 2 months since I purchased the s24 ultra from samsung shop. However since the very first day there were heating issues. I understand that for a week or so the device learns and adapt to usage and may heat. But it has been nearly 2 months and the issue persists. After upgrading to one ui 7 the battery has also taken a tremendous toll. 

I have tried everything they mentioned when I first raised the query to support regarding the heating issue and even factory reset the device twice. But still the heating continues. I cannot use the device outside as it gets so **bleep** hot that you cannot hold it and even in an AC room the device crosses 40 degrees if I use the camera for 5 minutes or more. Sometimes just using instagram raises temperatures to 38 39 degrees.

I again raised the issue with the customer support for heating while attaching log files and sharing videos and it has been alomst a week and there is no response from there end. Just a single reply that our technical team will get back, please bear with us.

Honestly, the after sales service of samsung is **bleep** as hell and I beleive even if I go to store and ask them they will just keep me in some loop but not fix this issue or replace the device.

I will f***ing sell this device it seems.

Go to a samsung service center and recreate the issue. I did the same they did a proper software installation and the heating is now ok. But whenevr I use my camera the device still heats to more than 40 degrees. The entire camera module will be changed is what they told me.

So please visit the center and recreat the issue in front of them so that they can check the temperature and proceed.
