Disheartening to see Samsung lagging behind on updates while Google is already working on Android 16.
Phones priced at half the S24 Ultra’s cost have been running Android 15 for months. What exactly are we paying a premium for? If Samsung’s 7-year update promise starts with delays and excuses, it’s hard to trust their long-term commitment.
Flagship users deserve timely software parity with the competition, not last-year’s OS while newer models get prioritized. Samsung, clarify the roadmap for One UI 7/Android 15.If budget brands can deliver updates faster, why can’t your ‘flagship’ team? Loyal customers deserve answers, not silence.
Fix this delay, or many of us will start looking for brands that respect their customers.

And lose customers if samsung thinks that removing features will make the ahead of apple then they are wrong about it

True! There is not much in S25, once other models will receive ONEUI 7. S25 Hardware will be exposed.

Forget about One UI 7 for now—Samsung seems to have introduced serious bugs in One UI 6.1, causing devices to crash and restart unexpectedly with errors like "System UI isn't responding" and "One UI not responding."

Users of the Galaxy S25 Ultra and S24 Ultra have also reported this issue and I've been facing this issue on my Galaxy S22 Ultra from past 2 days, and it got so bad that I had to factory reset my phone just to make it usable again—but the problem still persists. yet Samsung's customer support is downplaying the severity, offering generic solutions like changing themes, clearing cache, or visiting service centers. However, this appears to be a much more critical issue that requires immediate attention from Samsung’s development team.

If you're experiencing this problem, share your experience in the comments so Samsung takes it seriously and provides a fix in an upcoming update.

My S23 Ultra's got the same problem! I told Samsung support about it, but they just said to go to a repair shop instead of fixing the bug.

I use Samsung s23,,and other samsung for many years,, if samsung want to be 🍎,,then copy not only their bad games but also good things...Apple treat all iphone users same for update..copy this,,and don't give excuse it's android, many models, skins blah blah...No one tell you to launch 140 models with almost same specs...Next time I will go for pixel. One UI 7 is not revolutionary,, I don't like all the aesthetic changes but they fail what they committed,,,it's not good while other android brands running 15 for months..It's just cheap tactics to sell s25 series,, they will loose many customers instead of gain.

Exactly! If Samsung wants to be like Apple, they should copy their consistent updates, not just the premium pricing. Delaying One UI 7 while other Android brands are already on Android 15 is a slap in the face to loyal users.
