S24 Ultra, the screen says ON, even if not used

I have s24Ultar 

I'm used to set my screen off time to the possible minimum, but most of the times, the screen will stay ON until I close the phone manually or double tab the screen. 

Any idea ?

Check if the 'Keep screen on while viewing ' option is on. Turn it off. This setting available under Display/screen timeout section.

It's off. The timeout is set to 15 sec. Sometimes, the screen will saty on all night

Oh, I see. In that case, either Always on display is enabled, or some applications might be doing it.

Check the battery info.

Follow the steps below to change the Screen timeout setting :

Step 1. Launch the Settings app, then select Display.

Step 2. Swipe to and tap Screen timeout.

Step 3. Choose the desired time limit for your screen to stay on.
