The screen suddenly grains out. How many of you have experienced this? 🤦 If I apply a QHD+ resolution wallpaper and turn off the screen, then turn it on, the display is messed up.😤 To get it back to normal, I have to launch some app, but going back to the lock screen again causes the same issue. #QHDproblems #ScreenGlitches

I changed the wallpaper and things go back to normal

I've read about something like this on Twitter and the expectation was #MarchPatch will fix this. But seems like it is a continued problem.😒 #SoftwareBug

It sounds frustrating to experience those screen glitches, especially after expecting a fix with the March patch. Software bugs can indeed be persistent. If changing the wallpaper temporarily resolves the issue, it might be a workaround until a more permanent fix is released.

You're not alone in experiencing these problems, as many users encounter similar issues with different device models and software versions. It's always a good idea to report these bugs to the manufacturer or your device's support team. They often rely on user feedback to identify and address such issues in future updates.

However, while Samsung is at the forefront of the AI revolution, they also have the opportunity to set an exemplary standard by sourcing data from RSS feeds to identify common global issues and proactively work on permanent solutions through incident, problem, and change management.

Furthermore, it is crucial to acknowledge the existence of problems through open and transparent communication.

If you're encountering this issue on your Samsung phone, here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Restart Your Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary software glitches. Try restarting your phone to see if it resolves the issue.

Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your phone's software is up to date. Manufacturers often release software updates to address known issues and improve device performance and stability.

Adjust Display Settings: Experiment with different display settings, such as resolution and refresh rate, to see if changing these settings alleviates the issue.

Boot into Safe Mode: Booting your phone into safe mode can help determine if the issue is caused by a third-party app. If the problem doesn't occur in safe mode, it may indicate that a third-party app is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.
