What settings are you people using?

1)AOD?
2)60hz or 120hz?
3)FHD+ or QHD?

Can you please shed some light on this and also mention other settings which impacted battery performance

My preferred settings are:

1. Always-on display - Tap to show
2. Adaptive refresh rate
3. FHD+ resolution

And if still not satisfied with the settings, use this one...it definitely saves battery. I turn this on before i sleep and turn it off in the morning.
