S24 Ultra Navigation Bar response issue

The navigation bar is not responding properly since the latest UI update. I have it hidden and swipe styled e.g. swipe bottom right up for recent apps, swipe bottom middle up for home, swipe bottom left up to go back. (Using the nav star app)

However, since the update to the newly released Galaxy AI One UI Patch, it has become unresponsive. Even after swiping multiple times, the response is weak, making it quite frustating. Using the device without a cover also doesn't help too much. Also submitted a bug report, but there was no clear guidance

Well, the issue is being reported by multiple users...

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

How exactly do you expect me to take a video or photo of this issue when the navigation gesture is the problem, are suggesting that I take another phone and shoot a video of the S24 Ultra? Also, I have already shared the log files in the support section

Why is it so difficult to understand the issue? I have even shared screenshots of other Samsung Member posts echoing the same thing.
