Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Over the last two months, I’ve noticed that the screen smudges excessively every time I touch it, no matter how many times I clean it or wash my hands.

Even with clean hands and a freshly cleaned screen, the moment I touch the display, it becomes covered in visible fingerprints and smudges. This has made using the phone inconvenient, as the smudges significantly affect visibility and overall usability.

Given Samsung's reputation for quality, I believe this could be a manufacturing or coating-related issue specific to my device. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in addressing this matter, as it has been an ongoing concern.

Yes, it is a known issue. Without a screen protector, some users experience a slightly hazy appearance in high-touch areas due to the first-generation anti-reflective screen technology. This may be addressed in future iterations, such as the S25 series. This is based on my personal opinion.

As a loyal customer, I chose the Galaxy S24 Ultra because of Samsung's reputation for innovation and premium quality. However, a device at this price point should not compromise on everyday usability.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
