Open the Samsung Members app.
Tap on "Support" and scroll down to select "Error Reports."
Choose the appropriate category.
Ensure that "Send System Log Data" is selected to facilitate a quicker resolution and describe your issue in detail.
Adjust the frequency settings as per your preference.
