For that you have to change your device CSC (Country Specific Code) from USA to India.

Changing the CSC of a device is a bit risky. There are many tutorial videos available on YouTube for changing CSC of your device. My suggestion to you is to find out about it once on YouTube yourself. Be careful in whatever you do.
