As per Samsung's schedule notification sent to all S23FE should get one UI 7.0 in May 2025. Keep checking and be patient. Sometimes they send updates early like they did for S23.

You will get a stable version in a couple of weeks, as they are constantly rolling out an update from past days for their flagship users, and ShAMeSUNG never says the exact date, so be patient
