S23fe after one ui 7 update issues

I just got one ui 7 update on my phone 2 days ago and since then I'm facing problems in quick panel such as two Buttons getting overlapped on each other and not able to open the whole quick panel etc. 

As u can see in this video. This is not an rare occurring it's happening frequently like around 3-4 times a day.

Clearing the device's cache and rebooting can resolve minor issues. Access the recovery menu and navigate to the "Wipe cache partition" option.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again.
