S23Ultra 5G crashed after installing latest patch on 10th May

Dear Community

My Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra got crashed after installing Android 15 with UI7, visited to near by authorized service Centre. Customer care tried formatting and reinstalling phone again however it is not working. They also checked installing Android 14 with UI 6 and phone is working fine. please advice. My location is at Pune, Maharashtra, India

same thing happened with my s23 ultra phone .But hopefully the phone restarted by itself
it's really disappointing by samsung this happens for Flagship series..i hope the budget phone working fine after one ui 7 update 🙏

that matters most, here SAMSUNG is competing with Apple with such products and there is no specific attention for such issues. As I understand most of the S series (23 onward) and basic phones had crashing, bules screen or audio off like issues due to UI7.

Hi All, just now visited the authorized service center and they are suggesting to change the mother board even without knowing what is the problem. 

It is a question on the SAMSUNG quality of product and quality of services , both....

Bro you have only option left, i.e go for help from CONSUMER COURT & start spreading it through youtubers
