S23FE No Updates

It's been almost a year since I have gotten the Samsung S23 FE and I have still not received any updates. This is absolutely shocking. Fater countless emails and messages to the Samsung team, there has been no progress. They have always said that it will come in a "batch" however my phone has not received an update since September 2023. I have tried everything including updating through Smart Switch on PC however still no update. What can I do? Is it possible to return this horrible phone? I have had enough.

Hope so too. My Galaxy Tab A 2019 from MTN got an 1 August 2022 update on the 26 November 2023.

I want it to Flash it to Android 14, but it's support ended at Android 11, so I'm not sure if it will work. Any tips.

Could flash it to android 14 using LineageOS or an equivalent. It would use the Pixel software instead of OneUI but it would be up to date. What's the model number of the tab?

Couldn't find a LineageOS firmware for your tab but I did find some 2023 security patches on Samfw

My name is Arindam Bhowmick, and I have been using a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G , since I purchased it on 30/08/2022. The phone was functioning perfectly until the recent software update on 30/08/2024. Since the update, I have experienced issues with the fast charging feature, even though I am using the original Samsung charger.

I am confident that this issue is related to the new software update and would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this problem.
