Try putting apps in deep sleep (the one you are not using). Also turn off RAM plus.

I'm using the S23 Ultra and it doesn't have any issues. It does get a little warm when I charge it, but that's about it.

I have S22U too and it doesn't have any problem like that so far either.

Yes I don't have heating issue while charging but in bright sunlight it gets warm little bit but not more than 40°c
