S23 ultra sim 1 ( action required )

I have a dual sim s23 ultra 512gb. Both of my sim cards were working perfectly.

Sim 1 stopped working all of a sudden, I ran Diagnostics and it said sim 1 action required. 

I tried several simcards in sim 1 and still no luck. Sim 2 is working perfectly fine. As soon as I add another sim into sim 1. Both sim cards go out of service. 

I tried restarting my device, going into safe mode , network resetting , airplane mode on and off.. still no luck 

Anyone can assist would be much appreciated.

Same issue here after one ui 6.1 update. Now I have to pay to visit Samsung store and pay to fix what Samsung have done to my phone.
