S23 ultra backdoor peeloff

Yesterday my 1year s23 ultra noticed back door loose, i checked it was removed fully, because of adhesive (glue) gone cheap quality , 1.30 lakh phone is this how shame samsung?? Then i contacted samsung service center they ask me 700-800 ruppess for this issue, i contacted local service 200 ruppes they said, where i go, samsung service center will repack with ip rating?? Am totally confused, local shop done with glue. Completely checked there is no sign of previous repair, its samsung stock condition this happens because of the heat and daily using like that they repied, this is common on samsung, i checked about this issue on youtube reddit quora everywhere this issue exist on users on different models.

Should i go samsung service center 700-800 ruppee i get ip rating or not?? Or i go local shop and glue it for 200ruppes?

Go to Samsung customer service. They need to install adhesive and gaskets for ip68 protection

Better to go to Samsung service center. They'll place adhesive plus waterproof sealing tape and attach the back panel which will cost you around 550 rupees.

550 is ok brother, on my place they ask me 800ruppees,

If it's authorised service center, then it should be 550 to 600 only. Otherwise they might be cheating and quoting more amount from you. Just question them that including labour charge it shouldn't cross 600 then why you're asking for 800
