Something is not with Google apps on One UI 6 on S23 series.
Google play system updates gets stuck at July 2023 after formatting the phone. I received November 2023 update a few weeks ago. I had to format the phone as the system UI was consuming too much of CPU. After the format, Google play system updates went back to July and no updates available now.
Google voice typing option under keyboard list has a "und" text below it which may be saying "undefined".
Gboard also shows "und" below it after the installation until we choose a language.
Gboard keeps appearing in play store in pending for update with a progress icon, but it doesn't update. If you cancel it, it shows no update available.
Gboard doesn't show all the text copied. Sometimes it doesn't show anything. However Samsung keyboard shows all the clipboard items correctly.
Playstore shows notification about available updates. Clicking on the notification shows "no updates available" in the Playstore.
The biggest issue is with Google play system updates. My phone is stuck at July 2023 in January 2024.

What is with this forum that is by Samsung, that does not respond to customers' issues?? "Und" has I've been an issue of mine for a while as well, which is obviously a disconnect between Google and Samsung. No matter what Samsung, it is your responsibility to respond here. Otherwise what is the point of this supposed customer "Members" whatever app for in the first place? It seems to be an endless theme, on all these forums, that are supposedly offered by companies for customer care...BUT then people write about said (such as your customer above, that wrote in January ~4 months ago, without a response)...and CRICKETS.
Address your customer's issues. Especially on an app made by YOUR company to supposedly help them/us.
