Anyone else waiting really long for there pre order of s23 phones from telkom south africa? 
I can't wait anymore 😩

So bottom line. Samsung can't or won't help at all and referred me to place of purchase where I'm also getting no help. You say the dates below and you can't help if purchase was made outside the dates. But on the contract it clearly shows the 04 03 2023 which is before the end date. Properly disappointed in samsungs approach. If a company selling your goods is bringing your name down. Surely you would want to look into it to save your name and help a loyal customer. Guess not. I also did the pre order on telkom's website and I am still waiting. I feel that telkom or samsung needs to honor the contract, this not an issue with the consumer... to date I'm still waiting and when I do receive my phone (S23) and not able to claim the tab ,then I did not get what I paid for and will cancel my contract immediately.
