This phone(Samsung S23) is not seeming premium by any means now. My phone handling is decent. I have not put any screen guards, covers, not dropped the phone or scratched it by any means but after every monthly update it gets worse. Last month I had the issue of moisture detection problem, this month after the update yesterday it's like there is a annoying white patch on the left corner of the display. Before some technician asks me to troubleshoot, restart, reset my phone let me tell you everything is done. I'm tired of visiting the Samsung Care I've already been there twice not for this issue but for others. I don't understand how a phone which is termed premium always has such petty issues related to software, hardware issues. It's not been even a year and I've already visited the care. Why do updates make phone bad? When they're supposed to make it better? I want to know the reason behind this.

I am also using s23. Infact many one but the screen related issue you'r raising it's nothing like that there. You' can search here samsung community and anywhere you'll not find any kind of screen related issue. But don't know how you'r saying. Can you share some picture sample as you'r mentioning in your comment. Do share

I will definitely try to capture a picture it's quite difficult to do it since it's placed exactly at the upper left corner like near the edges and I have tried capturing it with another phone so you'll have to look very closely it's very annoying that this phone has ton of problems especially software related. Now that I understand it is very common for users to visit Care and get phones repaired. I failt to understand how and why is it called "Premium" if in case the build quality was great there wouldn't have been such problems. Quality control is abysmal and this irks me why I paid so much for this crappy phone. I now realise why people are fond of Apple. I have used Google Pixel for 9 years after making the shift to S23 it's just agitating at this pointIMG_3359_1000006320_1721195817.jpg

You do one thing after you'll get clear that have your display any problem or not.

First turn off auto blocker in security setting.
Then dial cose *#0*# in your dialler . A pad will open where you'll find many check related to diaplay colour wise like green red blue white check with all of that...nd look properly if this is still visisble there. If still there thn hardware releated issue if not then software.
First check md le'me knw..after i look into that

Then that's the Display related issue. Don't knw how it came but as of now no any single case related to display of s23.
If you'r device in warranty visit service center and ask him about this. If not in warranty then message me i'll figure it out something for you sure.

Thanks I'll go to the service centre and check what they say I believe they'll keep this for a few days without a spare phone it's gonna be tough but let's see (Another thing I noticed Apple repair shops send messages when service requests are done here there is literally not a single message or receipt) everything arrives after a few days. Anyways I'm stuck wiith this liability now let's see I'll update you tomorrow or day after

I went to the service center and they have asked me to wait for 14 days. I fail to understand what is the need for such long time. Are the logistics that bad in our country? Even courier shipping from one end of India to another does not take this much time. The customer care executive failed to explain the need of 14 days and I'm just  shocked that I have to visit the service center so many times for a premium phone

If you have another service center visit there. Or do a call customer care and explain this too.
