The patch came to S24 series and nothing has changed but increased battery drain and more heating issues over light task too and something is consuming much more ram than usual (S24 plus user)

Might be because everybody doesn't experience the same but just for your information most users reported issues, I guess we will see a proper fix directly on one ui 8

Yes, many users have reported experiencing similar problems. This can be due to the phone re-optimizing itself after the update or apps needing to be optimized for the new firmware.
Add apps to the "deep sleep" list to prevent them from running in the background and draining battery.

Clear app cache to remove temporary data that can impact performance and battery usage.
Resetting battery statistics can sometimes help.

Adjust background usage limits in Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits.

Choose options like "Put unused apps to sleep" or "Sleeping apps" to restrict background activity.

Actually its been more than 3 weeks. I updated on 2 may. And have tried all the options you mentioned but it does not help. I dont even have any gaming app which i play.
I also tried clearing cache solution from the boot menu list i found on youtube (dont remember exact name). All this is not helping at all
