Bought new S23 Ultra and tried to claim unlimited 5G data but unfortunately it shows device does not support 5G.

Only s23 ultra is 5G phone, have a72 which is not 5G device. I called airtel customer care, they said in their system it shows I inserted my SIM on a 2G phone. Strange
