I am not happy with my S23 Ultra phone.
These are the following reasons
Not able to enjoy full HD content on Hotstar
Sim Network problem
Battery Drain problem
Display Quality is not good

Samsung Support is not helpful. What should I do now? Now, I need to compare the video quality with someone else's S23 Ultra to know how bad it is.

I purchased an S23 Ultra from the Samsung Shop in March 2023.
I checked everything.
When I played the video "Anupama" serial on Hotstar, there was a video quality issue.
I played the same video on a Realme 9 Pro Plus. It was good.
At that time, I thought there might be a network issue. I ignored this issue since the video quality was good on YouTube.

Now, my device has become a year old.
I never felt that I was using a Samsung flagship phone.
I stopped consuming Hotstar content on my phone.
Instead, I started consuming it on my laptop.
After comparing my phone with someone else's S23 Ultra, I have to make a decision about whether to buy a Samsung phone in the future or not.

Yes thats i am telling you but i don't have this issue yet so i am happy with my device and let's see if samsung pushing buggy updates to degrade battery life and camera quality then i will be not buying samsung anymore

Exactly like Luck-è said in the above post. My wife's using S23Ultra for almost a year now & not facing any of the above problems.
Try hard reset or service center for ur problems.

How Hard Reset will solve the problem?
I observed this problem when I unboxed S23 Ultta in March 2023.

I am still using this phone.

After that you should visit samsung care once if you found something fault in your brand new device ! They will diagnose and tell whether its hardware problem or its a bug .or if its still continue they ill change you device with a new one
