S23 Ultra Problems

I am not happy with my S23 Ultra phone.

These are the following reasons

Not able to enjoy full HD content on Hotstar

Sim Network problem

Battery Drain problem

Display Quality is not good

Kindly visit service center.. i am using s23 ultra not facing anything like that !

Did you compare with any other phone?
Did you buy S23 Ultra online or offline?

I was able to play full HD content on my previous phone Realme 9 pro plus
But with S23 ultra video quality is not good on Hotstar premium.

Why ill compare ! I don't have any issues with my device at all its working fine .yes i bought it offline

There is need to compare .
Internet Speed also play a role.

When I watch the same content on my TV quality is very good.
I can see small details like pimple on face.
When I watch the same content on my laptop quality decreases a bit . (Can't achieve quality of TV)

When I watch the same content on S23 Ultra it is so bad that quality looks like 480p

Set to the max resolution of the screen an then watch and use wifi for better network strength for watching hdr contents

Then you should visit care to get solved your problem. How you using then your phone if you facing this type issue just called samsung care ask about it

If there is hardware problem then video quality should be bad everywhere ..
Video quality is good on Sony Liv and YouTube .
Bur not good on Hotstar and Jio Cinema and some other apps

Samsung Support is saying "Hostar and Jio Cinema are 3rd party apps". So They can't help
