Anyone, who knows whether there is any hardware related reason behind this or Samsung just did not want to give it to the S23 Ultra devices despite being one of their flagships!
The noise removal option in the S23 Ultra is not available in editing, but if any video is played in Samsung's official video player, it has a noise removal symbol.
