S23 Green Line Issue

Hi @Everyone,

I've seen many users recently facing the green line issue on the S23 and its similar series, yet Samsung hasn't acknowledged it like they did for the S22 series. I've tagged the relevant authorities in my post on X—please like and share it so it reaches the right people and gets the attention it deserves.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Mate , I already did this... they are not considering this particular series for replacement while the defect and patterns are same as S22, that's what I have mentioned

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you may get positive reply try your luck

Had a discussion over there with them, they told have acknowledged s22 series having the issue and are providing free replacement to them, but nothing as such as of now for s23 series.

Yeah exactly till s22 series they are providing thw replacement but not for s23 series
