S23 FREEZES AND RESTARTS

When using instagram the reel gets froze and it restarts a month ago i had this same problem and when approched the service centre they factory restarted the phone and the issue was solved but today i faced the same problem . Its been only 5 months .its a warrenty piece with no physical damage.

Do a video recording of the same with another mobile and send it on their gmail and say that your service is not helping me they are only factory reset but it's not solving me problem make sure to threaten them if possible,btw instagram is third party app so it normal cuzz there are too much bugs in instagram even on my op 13r I face the same problem sometimes.😊

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If not resolves then go to service center for check and resolves this issue immediately. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
