Same issue facing to 1st, jio true 5g not supporting s23 fe. First time disappointed to samsung phone. Please fix ASAP
One error or occur this phone, if 5g network when call received automatic switch to 4g...

@samsung you should feel ashamed, you mint money in flagship phone and give ads in tie up with jio but if they say your device is not 5g. You keeps silent. Who will trust samsung if you can't work with jio. Shame on jio samsung both.. release update or take back device

Hi Team, here is good news. Samsung s23fe supports jio 5g. Issue is at jio itself. As this device is some what new, the phone is detected with model number but not phone as samsung s23fe. To get true 5g on s23fe here are some things to do:
Try telling u port out of jio and send port message and mail appellate.
Try changing Sim.
Try using esim.
Insert ur jio Sim to other 5g activate true 5g and then use in s23.
Ensure phone is updated and APN is right and settings has roaming and 5g selected.
Ensure your area has jio 5g support.
Keep mailing nodal or appellate and tell 1000s ppl has 5g issue but my family Sim working in same phone but not urs.
Then finally it will work.
I followed mailing appellate and trying to port out and they took 15days and fixed it.
