S23 6.1 update

Few features which are in 6.1 s24 series update are missing in 6.1 s23 ultra update. AOD full screen wallpaper is not there l.

AOD full screen is exclusive to S24 series. Even in the one UI 6.1 update unfortunately

S23U isn't LTPO display which goes all the way to 1 hz from 120hz
