S22 ultra

There is no impact to phone or no damage or no mis handling to phone but got this and in service centre not ready to accept and saying only back camera comes under warranty 

Plz kindly suggest me what steps to take next

Have you buy any Protection Plan, Protection plan is necessary for Costly Phones.
I think physical Damage not covered in warranty.
