By default Dubai will get the exynos version.

You can get the snapdragon from Ebay, Amazon or aliexpress. That's what I did before.

Or if you have relatives from US or HK ask them to send you.

that european countries will get exy and rest of the world will get 8gen1.
hopefully its for real.
