I have got an unlocked s22 ultra graphite color model from USA . Indian carriers are working fine in this one , but I am unable to configure JIO ESIM on my device despite completing all the steps on my own, just to confirm the esim process I tested out on iphone 12 too it worked .
But not working with jio ESIM , I am unable to add the The SIM code from data plan it says "your current plan isnt ready contact your operator" .
Whereas , when I went jio store they tried but the were not able to convert my to esim on this model satting that this could be due to USA model the device isn unlocked so I dont see how that's gonna work ?
Please help to answer whether I would be able to use any Indian Esim (as to use dual sim mode - one Esim and one physical sim ) on this device or not if yes I can port to that operator as well .
Hi. even I am planning to get a unlocked S22 Ultra from BestBuy USA. The model number of the unlocked version of the phone sold by them is SM908U. I had a few questions which I hope you could help me with:
1) Will I be facing any issues with using an airtel sim as e-sim?
2) Will I be able to use UPI apps like Gpay, Phonepe etc?
3) Will I be able to use WiFi calling feature?
4) Will I be able to use call recording?
5) are there any concerns/problems that other users are facing who are bringing unlocked us versions phones in India?
