I think the updates arw coming to phones made for certain markets. You will be on the advantage if you bought lets say a European make but using it in Zimbabwe. You get updates.

Mine its Korean make and when the updates came our in Korea , I didn't receive anything, it's really confusing

If it's Korean make then you receive the updates when Korea receives it. If you didn't receive it then there was something wrong

Where it was assembled and manufactured. .....some it's Dublin. And other different samsung all over

ALL SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP PHONES ARE MADE AND ASSEMBLED IN KOREA...GET THAT RIGHT. There is no samsung phone that is made in Europe or America. Just like iPhones...they are all made in China.
