Something is wrong with your phone storage system. System storage taking 92.53 GB mentioned by you is quite weird.
I have S22 Ultra and system storage is 36.73 GB.
You cannot do anything about it yourself apart from the the basic steps.
1. Try to start phone in safe mode and see if issue is solved.
2. If some of your friends has s22 and has the same apps and same data as your phone only then you can see if the storage is as high as yours.
What I meant to say is a clone/exact copy of your phone to check the issue.
If clone of your phone is possible only then 2nd step remains valid.
3. Final step is go to service center and tell them to reinstall the latest version of android I.e. android 13.
It is a time consuming process but only by doing this you can see if the problem is solved or not.

One thing that you can try is go to settings and find apps. Post that you can sort the apps by size. Check which apps are with maximum cache. If this does not help and only other option is factory reset. Still problem persists than the phone is running post market version of android.

That's because your apps are included in System... go to Files and give all permissions and then the apps will be separated from system and you'll have a different value
