S22 plus green line issue after 3 weeks of update August 2024 patch

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience with a display issue that just cropped up on my phone. After updating my phone software three weeks ago, everything was running smoothly without any noticeable issues. However, today I noticed a faint but persistent green line running vertically down my screen.

Initially it was very much faint now it's getting darker. I haven’t dropped or physically damaged my phone recently, so I suspect this might be related to the recent software update. Today I will visit the service center to see what they tell and update here. It's very unfair and Samsung should take care of such issues.

Update on 2nd try.
I received a call and mail from senior manager. I have mentioned my issue and he requested me invoice and some documents will update again if any positive response.

The name on my bill is different so they have rejected my claim. I am trying again for some help. But I find it's getting difficult. Will have to file complaint in consumer court and try again!

I am facing this issue on my S22 Plus, and they
are not accepting a free replacement.

No any dent and scratches on my phone bus service center say doesn't cover in FOC, she ask me display charge 12000

Recently i have updated my s22plus device...i got pink and green lines on my display....they are not offering free display replacement....only selected device...lol...s21 plus has free display service...but s22plus does not have....wow
