I just got the S22 Ultra and it stops playing videos in Whatsapp after the first few seconds. Any out there with a solution or probable cause?

Hi, Kindembele kindly clear your cache.

Follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select WhatsApp.
5. Select Storage.
6. Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

If it's doing it constantly I'd take the phone in to Samsung.
BTW, I haven't experienced any issues ith my one since since I got it.

It is the same software information. I have had it for 3 days, but it was the first time it did that. But I will defenitely follow your advice if it happens again
