My S22 ultra is just restarting from today morning continuously. Somehow, I backed up the data but now after factory reset, I am not even able to complete the setup. Tried factory reset, wipe cache partition but of no help.

I'm so sorry to hear that your S22 Ultra is experiencing continuous restarts!

Given that you've already tried factory reset and wiping the cache partition without success, here are some additional troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

*Advanced Troubleshooting*

1. *Boot into Safe Mode*: Press and hold the Power button until your device restarts. Immediately release the Power button and hold the Volume down button. Keep holding until you see the Safe Mode screen. If your device boots successfully in Safe Mode, it could indicate a third-party app issue.
2. *Boot into Recovery Mode*: Press and hold the Volume down button and the Power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. Release the Power button but keep holding the Volume down button. Use the Volume down button to navigate to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option and select it using the Power button. This will perform a more thorough reset.
3. *Check for Firmware Issues*: Ensure your device is running the latest firmware. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. If you're unable to access the settings, try booting into Recovery Mode and selecting "Apply update from SD card" (if available).
4. *Perform a DFU (Device Firmware Update) Restore*: This will restore your device's firmware to its original state. To do this, download the Samsung Smart Switch software on your computer, connect your device, and follow the on-screen instructions.

*Additional Steps*

1. *Check for Physical Damage*: Inspect your device's ports, SIM card slot, and screen for any physical damage that might be causing the issue.
2. *Try a Different Charger and Cable*: Sometimes, a faulty charger or cable can cause issues. Try using a different charger and cable to rule out any problems.
3. *Visit a Samsung Service Center*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem. Visit a Samsung authorized service center for further diagnosis and repair.

I hope one of these steps helps resolve the issue with your S22 Ultra!

Service center is saying mother board needs to be replaced. This is happening just because of some software update and we need to pay 45k for a 1.2 lac phone just after 2 years of using the phone. I called customer service and they said nothing can be done as it is out of warranty. Anyone faced this and got a replacement from samsung??

I tried cache partition wipe and also phone reset however the issue was still there. Then i disabled all the galaxy AI tools from settings and since then my phone is working fine. It seems that the latest update added few new AI features which is not being supported by S22 chipset capacity. Not sure if this will work for other user but you can give it a try. 1734967790740.jpg
