S22 Ultra changing of CSC and future updates

Since it is approaching 4 months now since the S22 Ultra last had any updates (1 October Security Patch) I'm also thinking of changing my phone's CSC to at least get the security updates, never mind Android 14 and One UI 6. My question now is, will this affect the phone's ability to automatically install updates in the future or will it revert to me having to manually download and install them?

Glad you decided to go this way....it won't affect anything...just change back to your original CSC code.

tried the CSC method and it worked like a charm. I am now on the latest Android version and OneUI6 on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. 😁😁😁

After watching the video, change your CSC to THL and once it is done changing, go to your settings, software update and check for the latest update and download then install.

I'll give it till mid next week, then I'm changing CSC. Was hoping I didn't have to go down this route, but at this stage, it seems to be the only option.

No. It won't affect the phone's ability to get automatic updates. As long as you have that CSC your phone will keep getting early updates

Will changing CSC affect apps like Samsung Wallet? Will this app be unaffected? It is the main way I've been paying since 2018. Sometimes these apps aren't supported in other regions and then it might disable or remove the app.

Yes you must change back coz when I changed my CSC the app didn't work at all
