S22 Ultra Video Recording issue 
Find Attached Camera Video.
Is this Software Related Problem or Hardware Related or Manufacturing Defect or Other
Not only me some other S22 Ultra owners also Facing This Problem. 
Problem occurring at FHD60 fps with AUTO FPS ON when i turn OFF Auto FPS OFF Problem Not happening. 
And Shooting with FHD30 fps with Auto FPS ON Problem Not Occurring

When i move or turn camera during Video Recording, Recording with walking and change position of camera then Problem starts.
Sometimes Problem not happening

No such issues in my phone (same model), go visit service centre once.

Not Always, Problem occures some times.
After Android 13 Problem Increased

When i move or turn camera during Video Recording, Recording with walking and change position of camera then Problem starts.
