After the recent android 13/UI 5.1 facing several bad issues which had made phone unusable
1) white band are the top of the phone. It goes away only with power saving mode or reducing screen refresh rate
2) Dual Sim.. can make any calls consistently.. I have both Airtel connection. Can't use mobile data.. keeps dropping.. I can't take the phone outside which breaks the purpose of having a cellphone.. my husband had samaung phone with Airtel which works fine in the same spot..

Long time user of premium phone. Note etc. I am totally disappointed and will move away from Samsung.. completely unacceptable phone has not become usable with just over a year with horrible upgrade..

Doesn't help. I have already visited . They are not able to address the network issue. The standard instructions is not helping.
The white issue came after the upgrade. If it is hardware.. why does it go away with power saving mode or reducing screen refresh . This is all due to upgrade.
Samsung should provide option to downgrade until they fix the issues
