Is anyone else facing aný issues after the april update on s22 ultra (especially indian variant)? 
The device stability deteriorated and I can see a lot of lag in day to day use. The Phone app takes forever to search for contacts and placing calls. Device performance feels like a mid ranger and not a Snapdragon flaģship!

No problems for me. Clear cache memory and check again.

Tried this as well, no luck. Will try performing a hard reset to see if it works.

Hope that this gets fixed in the may update! No point using a flagship phone with the performance of a mid ranger.

I hoped the issues would get fixed in the May update, but it hasn't. Camera potrait mode now has an issue where after clicking a potrait photo the effect does not apply. I have to manually click on "Change background effect" on the photo in the gallery for the effect to take place.
