My phone is getting too lag and restarting sveral times after updating one ui 7 update...when i open camera the phone become freeze and restart ....i do reset..but the problem continues...i take phone to samsung authorised service center they told it was problem of mother board....mother replace cost is 41000 ....is there any solution for this....does any one facing the same problem..some times it works normally....then how can it be mother board problem...

How?? Is that my fault.....before updating one ui 7the phone was working smoothly with no issue . After update my phone become like this..is that my issue or ur software issue..and what are ur policies....when i buy this phone no one of ur samsung team infomed me that ..i can use this phone only for 3 years ...after 3 years an update named one ui 7 will come...and ur phone will hang and getting restart again and again at that time motherboard will get damaged etcc...at the time of buying ur samsung need only sales....right..

If i am the only person who complined about this......may be the fault is mine....so many people complined about this...after the update......then hiw cab be it our fault....???

I took the phone to a shop outside and got it fixed.. It's better to throw the phone away than waste time talking to Samsung. They never understand the customer's problems.. Even if it's their fault.. They treat the customer in a very bad way... Samsung only needs to do business, then whatever happens to the customer's phone, they will hold it back with some lame excuses... Finally, they will turn it into the customer's fault... I stopped using Samsung with this.. Samsung and you have other good brands..... It takes a skill to cheat people like this. #samsung

I fixed that problem with out side shop....
