my s22 plus has been having a charging issue.

update : Fast charging and super fast charging doesn't work , only normal charging works. I've checked the settings as well both are set to ON. but when the super fast charging is connected , the phone automatically stops charging. I have to turn of the super fast charging to charge my phone.

It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating charging inconsistencies with your S22 Plus. Here's a breakdown of troubleshooting steps and what to do if those don't work:
1. Basic Checks:
* Cable and Adapter:
* Try a different cable and adapter. Sometimes the issue is with these accessories, not the phone itself. Ideally, use the original Samsung charger that came with your phone.
* Make sure the cable and adapter are properly plugged in at both ends (phone and wall outlet).
* Charging Port:
* Inspect the charging port on your phone for any lint, dust, or debris. Use a soft, dry brush or compressed air to gently clean it.
* Restart Your Phone:
* A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary software glitches that might be affecting charging.
2. Software and Settings:
* Software Updates:
* Ensure your phone's software is up to date. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Updates often include bug fixes that can address charging issues.
* Check Charging Settings:
* Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings. Check if "Fast charging" and "Super fast charging" are enabled. You can also try toggling them off and on again.
* Clear USB Settings Cache:
* This can sometimes resolve conflicts. Go to Settings > Apps > (Tap the three lines) > Show system apps > OK > USB Settings > Storage > Clear cache.
3. Advanced Troubleshooting:
* Safe Mode:
* Boot your phone in Safe Mode. This disables third-party apps and helps determine if an app is causing the charging problems. If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, uninstall recently installed apps one by one to find the culprit.
* Factory Reset:
* As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset. Important: Back up your data before doing this, as it will erase everything on your phone.
4. Hardware Issues and Warranty:
* Battery Health:
* Check your battery health in Settings > Battery and device care > Diagnostics > Battery status. If the battery health is poor, it might be affecting charging.
* Charging Port Damage:
* If you suspect the charging port itself is damaged, you'll need to get it repaired.
* Warranty:
* Since your phone is likely still under warranty, contact Samsung support or visit a service center. Explain the issue in detail, including the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. They might offer a repair or replacement device.
Important Notes:
* Overheating: If your phone gets excessively hot, it might stop charging to prevent damage. Let it cool down before trying to charge again.
* Third-party Chargers: Using non-Samsung chargers can sometimes cause charging issues. It's best to use the original charger or a certified Samsung accessory.
If you've tried all these steps and the issue persists, it's best to contact Samsung support or visit a service center for further assistance. They have the tools and expertise to diagnose and fix any potential hardware problems.

If none of these methods work then charging port is the culprit
