On 24 January i received oneui 6 update in my s22 ,bought on December 26 2023 on flipkart sale ,in which i got Oneui 5.1 already, but after 28 days i got oneui 6 major update of size 3gb and two small update for bug fixing and security patch update ,ive done all 3 update and after that i have seen many visual difference in ui and response, lets see the battery performance in upcoming days after update, and i will let you guys know the battery issue in s22 have fixed or not ;
Go to setting and then search factory data reset click on it. This will erase all apps and data in your file manager, so take a backup of your data. In my opinion intially it increase battery life of your phone because your apps and data are erased then after installing apps and using them slowly start again decreasing battery life. Factory reset can solve issue battery drain issue caused by apps or some specific setting. But this issue is due to power hungry 8Gen 1 and small battery size of phone which can not be resolved by factory reset.
