Galaxy SPlease provide photographic evidence and all inspection-related documents that substantiate the claim of physical damage to my phone.
I would like a detailed explanation as to why I was given two entirely different reasons for denying the free repair—first, minor scratches on the call and later, an untrue claim of physical damage in the email.
Please note that I have recorded our call, where you clearly stated that the reason for the repair denial was minor scratches. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary.
