S21fe return rejected fraud samsung shop

My new s21fe received on 7th May and it has quality issues , poor glue quality on lower side back pannel and heat like hell just normal use crossed 45°+. Poor than average battery backup. I tried to return it at samsung service centre they rejected it and said it is normal not even noticeable but my ip68 device ruined . Samsung call service said we can't take it back and no replacement policy because I activated the phone . My 35k wasted .

It seems like they sold some old stock during these sales. Couple of others have also reported the same issue.

They should not do such things. However I am getting some solid reasons why S21FE price dropped so much!!

I am thinking the same. This is so unethical. On top, they are not even accepting returns!! What's up with Samsung!!

Happy to know that it's new. But this panel gap is not normal. Water will enter and you can't trust the ip rating anymore. CODM6567 bro here had a similar issue and later his phone was damaged by liquid.

When i had a52 4g i also saw a small opening in rthe side of the phone.Due to which phone got damageAs it fell on the waters(Dflood)

Hmm it always happens when there is an issue with the device. Otherwise, we barely get to test the ip rating.

I think they can't repair like Apple service care once open full back pannel there is no ip68 no matter how hard they try

No bro, they can. There is a device at every authorised service centre which checks the ip rating after fixing the back panel with the new tape. The only question is how long it will last. In my case the pasting got lose again after 4 months of fixing it. But till then the ip rating seemed fine.

But still the important question is - why Samsung is using such poor quality pasting?! I just can't get around this. My budget redmi device had zero hardware issues for 3 years.
