Sir I am purchasing galaxy s21 Fe in last month Chennai Croma store .

my bill price 55000 suddenly Flipkart big billion day offer s21fe price too much of down side 31000.

 what is this scam samsang smartphone service .

 I am so disappointment .This event is on SamsungLoses hope.

This is not a sign of a good business plan

I have personally lost 24000 rupees due to this How many people are affected like this?

This is the biggest betrayal you are doing to your customers who trust you and buy your products .

I completely agree with you. This shows that the brand has no value and that it doesn't care about the customers. All it want is to sell more.

Nevertheless the only things you can do is
1) don't purchase costly products before sales.
2)stay away from brands which does such unethical things repeatedly. But even Apple does so. iPhone 13 was selling for 75k last month and it's now selling for 50k.

So, you should be aware about the market. Almost everyone know that there will be sales during September/October. Because these sales have been happening since many years now around the same time. It's kind of general awareness to know about the market developments and anticipate things to stay out of losses. So you should've waited for it.

Nb: I know it won't make you feel any good but even last month the device was available for 47k on Samsung online store. So you could've saved 8k last month too. Just check the price at different stores before buying something.

Samsung has done the wrong thing. Apple has not reduced any price in its store or site. The discount rate is by Amazon and Flipkart. However in our case Samsung has already started selling at this lower price on Samsung Shop. Infact they are one step ahead of flipkart and Amazon. My phone lost its value by 20K in month
